A Sambalpuri Handloom Cotton fabric is a traditional hand woven fabric is one of the most intricate among Cotton Fabric in Odisha. “Bandha of Odisha” is considered to be the most sacred since it is offered every day to Lord Jaganath Ji, Puri since 12th century. Cotton used is pure Cotton.  Sambalpuri Fabrics are manufactured in Sambalpur , sonepur in Subarnapur, Bolangir , and Barpali in Bargarh Boudh District of Odisha.. The fabric is a traditional design for female and male garments in the Indian Subcontinent consisting of a strip of unstitched dress material for Salwar-Kameez ,Kurti, Gown, Palazzo, Traditional Punjabi . It has rightly been called the Pride of Odissa. It is a classic example of hand weaving where traditional wooden looms are used to weave these color combinations that will make your presence felt at work, parties and other occasions needing formal / semi-formal wear!.
